International Pole Camp, an event which was founded in 2007, is aimed at providing an educational and supportive international gathering of pole dancers. This event is held annually each September, and has drawn participants from multiple countries.
This one-of-a-kind event will bring together dozens of men and women from almost every corner of the world - for a unique celebration of vertical fitness and fun. The annual camp started with 30 pole dancers, and has grown each year since. 2010 hosted 60 pole dancers, and 2012 raises the bar to open 70 spots for this years event, consisting of students, instructors, performers and studio owners. The date that we have decided to hold the event this year is September 15-18, 2012 and we will be very grateful if you would be interested in sponsoring this event. Platinum Sponsorship - Event $5000.00 CDN + 1 product item for draw prize
In return for this valuable event sponsorship, a banner of your company will be placed during the event, to be captured on all video and pictorial media, and our own documentary series “Drawn To The Pole”. Platinum sponsoring companies will have their brand logo appearing on event t-shirts, and event materials. Brand Logo Web links will also be placed on the IPC website. Company name will be first to appear as a main sponsor in all press releases and media advisories. Gold Sponsorship - Travel $1000.00 CDN + 2 product items for draw prize
In return for this valuable travel sponsorship, your company supplied banner will be placed during the event, to be captured on all video and pictorial media, and our own documentary series “Drawn To The Pole”. Gold sponsoring companies will have their brand logo appearing on event t-shirts and event materials. Company will be credited as sponsoring local transportation for IPC2010 Attendants during the weekend’s events Brand Logo Web links will also be placed on the IPC website. Silver Sponsorship -Workshop $500.00 CDN + 3 product items for draw prize
In return for this valuable travel sponsorship, the logo of your company will be captured on all video and pictorial media, and our own documentary series “Drawn To The Pole”. Silver Sponsoring companies will be credited as sponsoring workshops and will have their brand logo appearing on event t-shirts and event materials. Web links will also be placed on the IPC website. Company name will appear in all press releases and media advisories. Articles will be submitted to all pole dance related media outlets for print.
Bronze Sponsorship - Luncheon $300.00 CDN + 4 product items for draw prize
In return for this valuable luncheon sponsorship, a text credit of your company will be placed in all video and pictorial media, and our own documentary series “Drawn To The Pole”. Bronze sponsoring companies will be credited with sponsoring Luncheons during the event, and will have their brand logo appearing on printed event materials.
